目的 了解某院海勤人员住院疾病构成情况,为预防、保健、治疗和医疗资源合理配置提供参考依据. 方法 应用帕累特图对2009-2014年海勤人员疾病谱进行统计分析. 结果 消化系统疾病、损伤中毒所致疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病、循环系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病为前6位的疾病. 结论 海勤人员的多发疾病与工作环境和职业特点密切相关. 医疗机构应针对多发病的特点和规律加强健康知识的宣教工作,合理配置医疗力量,为海勤部队广大官兵提供优质的医疗保健服务.

Objective To investigate the composition of diseases requiring hospitalization into a certain navy hospital among navy afloat personnel, so as to provide solid evidence for the prevention, treatment, care of patients and reasonable allocation of medical resources.Methods Statistics and analysis of the disease spectrum of navy afloat personnel from 2009 to 2014 were made by using the Pareto diagram.Results The top 6 disorders requiring hospitalization were:digestive system diseases, injury and intoxication, respira-tory system diseases, musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases, circulatory system diseases, urinary system diseases. Conclusion The frequently-occurred diseases among afloat personnel were closely associated with working environment and their occu-pational features.Medical facilities should make greater efforts to strengthen propaganda on health care in accordance with the features and patterns of those frequently-occurred diseases and to allocate limited medical resources more reasonably, so as to provide excellent medical service to the broad masses of the navy afloat personnel.
