磷脂酶 Cε1(phospholipase C epsilon-1,PLCE1)是新近发现的磷脂酶C家族的一种同工酶。PLCE1是一种癌基因,在多种肿瘤中高表达,参与调节细胞的生长、分化、细胞凋亡及血管生成,且与肿瘤的不良预后有关。PLCE1能激活 IP3/Ca2+、DG/PKC、ERK和 MAPK 等重要信号通路,通过激活上游基因和改变下游基因的表达调控细胞的生理和病理过程。研究发现,PLCE1对于恶性肿瘤的诊断和预后的判断具有重要的参考价值,其有望成为肿瘤预后评估的重要指标和基因治疗的新靶点。

Objectives:PLCE1 is a recently found member of PLC family. It has been proved to be an oncogene. PLCE1 has been reported that it is hightly expressed in various types of human cancer,and taKe part in cellular growth,differentiation,cellular apoptosis and formation of the blood vessels,and it is negatively correlated with progno-sis. PLCE1 over-expression activates the IP3/Ca2+,DG/PKC,ERK and MAPK signaling pathways in several crucial aspects of the molecular mechanism. PLCE1 plays an important role in the regulation of physiological and pathological process in tumor. Based on the research findings,PLCE1 has important reference value for diagnosis and prognosis predicting of malignant tumor,and it represents a viable potential target for the prognostic judgement and the therapy of tumor.
