With the rapid development of Internet and mobile communication technology,the technol-ogy of network new media covers a wider and wider range. Meanwhile,the essential ethic nature of net-work new media,which is characterized with a "double-edged sword",becomes a serious problem. It has threatened the stability and development of society. Only by strengthening the ethic construction of net-work new media technology and seeking solutions of improving that,can we make sure the network new media and society develop in a harmonious,healthy and orderly way. 9refs.
