针对双作用往复泵的扰力计算问题,利用机构运动学和动力学理论,对双作用往复泵的主运动机构进行了分析,推导了不同轴段的扰力计算方程,得到了总的扰力计算方法。通过实例计算仿真,得到了双作用往复泵扰力的变化规律。仿真结果表明:双作用往复泵具有自身的平衡,不会对基础带来扰力引起的振动,不需要对基础进行特别加固。
針對雙作用往複泵的擾力計算問題,利用機構運動學和動力學理論,對雙作用往複泵的主運動機構進行瞭分析,推導瞭不同軸段的擾力計算方程,得到瞭總的擾力計算方法。通過實例計算倣真,得到瞭雙作用往複泵擾力的變化規律。倣真結果錶明:雙作用往複泵具有自身的平衡,不會對基礎帶來擾力引起的振動,不需要對基礎進行特彆加固。

In order to analyze disturbing force calculation of double-acting reciprocating pump ,ki‐nematics and dynamics theory of mechanism were used ,the main mechanism of double-acting re‐ciprocating pump was analyzed ,calculating equations of different shaft-sections were deduced , and the general calculating method was achieved .The disturbing force change law was achieved through computational simulation of examples .The result shows that double-acting reciprocating pump had its own equilibrium ,it won’t bring vibration caused by disturbing force to foundation , and particular reinforcement of foundation wasn’t needed .
