再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)是儿科较为常见的骨髓衰竭性疾病,临床上主要表现为骨髓造血功能低下、全血细胞减少以及贫血、出血、感染.其发病机制目前尚未完全阐明,越来越多的研究认为AA的发病与免疫学机制的紊乱有关,主要包括T细胞亚群的异常、负调控因子水平的改变、体液免疫异常及细胞凋亡等.该文就AA的免疫学发病机制的研究进展作一综述.

Aplastic anemia is a more common pediatrics marrow failure disease.The main clinical manifestations are bone marrow dysfunction,pancytopenia,anemia,bleeding and infection.Althrough its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated so far,more and more people think that it is associated with the disorder of immunological mechanisms, including the abnormalities of T cells, the level of negative regulator,humoral immune abnormalities and apoptosis.This review discusses the progress of immunological mechanism of aplastic anemia.
