Most of the hydrogenation units in oil refining industry adopt catalyst in-situ sulfiding. This article analyzed CDHDS tower and fine desulfurization reactor catalyst sulfiding technology which is used in the Heavy Naphtha Desulfurization Unit of PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company. It described the sulfiding process from the selection of Sulfiding process,the selection of sulfided oil and the steps of sulfiding temperature rising, and described some phenomena existed in the real process.
