以石蜡基减三线石油磺酸钠与CaCl2水溶液发生复分解反应生成中性磺酸钙,在促进剂的作用下进行钙化反应后制得石蜡基石油磺酸钙.对原料的处理分析、复分解反应收率及复分解反应前后金属离子的考察分析表明,复分解反应后生成的中性磺酸钙收率在95%以上,钠离子含量由20 000×10-6降低至约8 000×10-6,钙离子由12.8×10-6提高至约8 000×10-6.当25%CaCl2溶液、反应温度控制在60℃、反应时间3 h,复分解反应效果最佳.
以石蠟基減三線石油磺痠鈉與CaCl2水溶液髮生複分解反應生成中性磺痠鈣,在促進劑的作用下進行鈣化反應後製得石蠟基石油磺痠鈣.對原料的處理分析、複分解反應收率及複分解反應前後金屬離子的攷察分析錶明,複分解反應後生成的中性磺痠鈣收率在95%以上,鈉離子含量由20 000×10-6降低至約8 000×10-6,鈣離子由12.8×10-6提高至約8 000×10-6.噹25%CaCl2溶液、反應溫度控製在60℃、反應時間3 h,複分解反應效果最佳.

Neutral calcium sulfonate was produced from metathesis of vacuum cut 3's paraffin base petroleum sodium sulfonate and CaCl2 ,which had calcification reaction under the effect of promoter to prepare paraffin base petroleumcalcium sulfonate. According to the investigation and analysis result of the processed raw materials ,the yield and the metal ion content,the yield of neutral calcium sulfonate after metathesis was above 95%,sodium ion content was decreased from 20 000×10-6 to 8 000×10-6,calcium ion content was increased from 12.8×10-6 to 8 000×10-6. During the metathesis process, the reaction temperature of 25%CaCl2 solution was 60℃with the 3 h reaction time,and the best reaction effect was found.
