本文介绍了CNDQ-2/1.0型制氢工艺,分析了其优缺点及与高纯氢气制备的差距,利用常规技术和膜扩散法原理,提出了两级纯化技术,即利用钯膜透氢理论对现有制氢工艺生产的氢气进一步纯化,开发出了一种高效的钯膜纯化装置,确定了二级纯化工艺流程,对装置进行连接和调试,开展了一系列试验摸索出了钯膜装置的最优工作参数,试验证明钯膜纯化装置在工作范围内可以稳定、可靠、高效的将一级纯化产出的氢气纯度由99.96%提高到大于99.999%.

The preparation method of hydrogen using the CNDQ-2/1.0 system is systematically presented in this paper,and analysis its advantage and disadvantage compared with the the preparation of high purity hydrogen. Based on analyzing conventional technology and the principle of proliferation has made the conception of two level purification,that is using the theory of hydrogen through the palladium membrane further purify the hydrogen. Acording this conception, a highly efficient palladium membrane purification device has made. By a series of researches, the optimium parameters of the device are obtained. Trials show that palladium membrane purification device can stably, reliably and efficiently purify hydrogen from 99.96%to more than 99.999%.
