目的：探讨结直肠癌术后脂肪液化感染的脓液的致病细菌及感染源，为防治术后感染提供参考，以降低结直肠癌患者术后感染率。方法：回顾分析2013年1月至2014年1月274例结直肠癌患者的临床资料，对术后脂肪液化感染的脓液做细菌培养，鉴定病原菌并就手术患者的年龄、性别、体质量指数、手术方式、手术时间、DuKes分期及是否使用抗菌药物等与术后脂肪液化感染的关系进行分析研究。结果：77例患者发生术后脂肪液化感染，感染率为28.1%。77例感染患者共分离出84株病原菌，以大肠埃希菌（33.33%）、金葡菌（16.67%）、铜绿假单胞菌（17.86%）为主。感染患者的BMI指数、手术时间、是否应用抗菌药物、DuKes分期存在统计学差异（ P﹤0.05）。结论：结直肠癌患者发生术后感染与体质量指数、手术时间、是否使用抗菌药物、DuKes分期有较为密切的关系。
목적：탐토결직장암술후지방액화감염적농액적치병세균급감염원，위방치술후감염제공삼고，이강저결직장암환자술후감염솔。방법：회고분석2013년1월지2014년1월274례결직장암환자적림상자료，대술후지방액화감염적농액주세균배양，감정병원균병취수술환자적년령、성별、체질량지수、수술방식、수술시간、DuKes분기급시부사용항균약물등여술후지방액화감염적관계진행분석연구。결과：77례환자발생술후지방액화감염，감염솔위28.1%。77례감염환자공분리출84주병원균，이대장애희균（33.33%）、금포균（16.67%）、동록가단포균（17.86%）위주。감염환자적BMI지수、수술시간、시부응용항균약물、DuKes분기존재통계학차이（ P﹤0.05）。결론：결직장암환자발생술후감염여체질량지수、수술시간、시부사용항균약물、DuKes분기유교위밀절적관계。
Objective:To investigate the liquefied fat after colorectal cancer surgery infection-causing bacteria and infectious pus,and provide reference for prevention of postoperative infection,to reduce postoperative infection rates of colorectal cancer patients. Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 274 cases of colorectal cancer patients by postoperative infections fat liquefaction of pus bacterial culture,identification of pathogens and the surgery the patientˊs age,gender,body mass index,surgical approach,operative time,DuKes stage and whether the relationship between the use of antimicrobial drugs,and postoperative infections fat liquefaction. Results:77 patients with postop-erative fat liquefaction postoperative infection,the infection rate was 28. 1%,77 cases of infection were isolated 84 pathogens,Escherichia coli(33. 33%),Staphylococcus aureus(16. 67%),Pseudomonas Pseudomonas(17. 86%) dominated. Infected patients BMI index,operative time,whether the use of antimicrobial drugs,DuKes stage had statis-tically significant differences(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:In patients with colorectal cancer incidence of postoperative infection was related with body mass index,operative time,use of antimicrobial drugs,DuKes staging.
