目的：探讨副乳腺癌手术方式的安全性和可行性。方法：我院近期对1例副乳腺癌患者行患侧乳腺、副乳腺及周围皮肤、皮下组织切除，同时清扫同侧腋下淋巴结的手术。结果：手术顺利完成。手术时间85min，出血量50ml。术后皮肤愈合良好，上肢活动正常。结论：该手术方式安全、可行。
목적：탐토부유선암수술방식적안전성화가행성。방법：아원근기대1례부유선암환자행환측유선、부유선급주위피부、피하조직절제，동시청소동측액하림파결적수술。결과：수술순리완성。수술시간85min，출혈량50ml。술후피부유합량호，상지활동정상。결론：해수술방식안전、가행。
Objective:To discuss the safety and feasibility of the surgical approach of accessory breast cancer. Methods:Recently,1 case of accessory breast cancer patients were treated with breast,accessory mammary gland and peripheral sKin,subcutaneous tissue resection,and simultaneous dissection of the ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes. Re-sults:The operation was successful. The operation time was 85min and blood loss was 50ml. The sKin healed well and the upper limb activity was normal. Conclusion:The operation is feasible and safe.
