Molecular Biology is a discipline full of experiments. The experiment of molecular biology is a typical course combining theory with practice. In this paper, to improve the teaching quality of molecular biology experiments and to increase students' creativity and active learning ability, the innovating experimental teaching system of molecular biology was performed by employing basal experiments, establishing integrated experiments, applying innovation experiment.
