目的：探讨阴囊Pagetˊs病的临床病理特征。方法：回顾性分析本院2005年4月-2014年5月收治的13例病理确诊为阴囊Pagetˊs病患者的临床病理及预后资料。结果：13例患者中，4例为术后复发患者；10例进行广泛切除，3例进行广泛切除+淋巴结清扫术，术后1例发生伤口感染；术后共随访6~106个月，4例复发患者中1例术后未再复发，另3例术后再次复发，其中1例因其他疾病死亡，9例首诊患者均未复发。结论：病灶广泛切除是治疗阴囊Pagetˊs病的首选治疗手段，复发后再次手术仍能获得较好疗效。
목적：탐토음낭Pagetˊs병적림상병리특정。방법：회고성분석본원2005년4월-2014년5월수치적13례병리학진위음낭Pagetˊs병환자적림상병리급예후자료。결과：13례환자중，4례위술후복발환자；10례진행엄범절제，3례진행엄범절제+림파결청소술，술후1례발생상구감염；술후공수방6~106개월，4례복발환자중1례술후미재복발，령3례술후재차복발，기중1례인기타질병사망，9례수진환자균미복발。결론：병조엄범절제시치료음낭Pagetˊs병적수선치료수단，복발후재차수술잉능획득교호료효。
Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological features of scrotal Pagetˊs disease. Methods:Analyzed retrospectively the clinical pathological and prognosis data of 13 cases of scrotal Pagetˊs disease. Results:All cases contained 4 cases which were postoperative recurrence patients and 9 cases were first visit confirmed by biopsy and treated by surgery. The selection of operation covered wide excision(10 cases)and wide excision add lymphadenecto-my(3 cases). 9 patients with first visit were not all recrudesced,while 3 patients of postoperative recurrence were re-lapsed again and only one dead. All patients were followed up for 6~106 months. Conclusion:The wide excision is the first choice of treatment of scrotal Pagetˊs disease,and reoperation for postoperative recurrence patients can still ob-tain better outcome.
