目的：检测宫颈鳞癌癌灶组织中细胞角蛋白20（ CK20）的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP方法，检测43例宫颈鳞癌癌灶组织和30例正常宫颈组织中CK20的表达，并分析其表达与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果：CK20在宫颈鳞癌癌灶组织的阳性表达率（46.5%）明显高于对照组（P﹤0.01）。CK20的高表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有相关性，与病理分化程度无相关性（ P﹥0.05）。结论：检测CK20对宫颈鳞癌的临床分期及判断淋巴结转移等有一定参考价值。
목적：검측궁경린암암조조직중세포각단백20（ CK20）적표체병탐토기림상의의。방법：채용면역조화SP방법，검측43례궁경린암암조조직화30례정상궁경조직중CK20적표체，병분석기표체여림상병리인소지간적관계。결과：CK20재궁경린암암조조직적양성표체솔（46.5%）명현고우대조조（P﹤0.01）。CK20적고표체여림상분기、림파결전이유상관성，여병리분화정도무상관성（ P﹥0.05）。결론：검측CK20대궁경린암적림상분기급판단림파결전이등유일정삼고개치。
Objective:To study the expression of CK20 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:CK20 was analysed in 30 cases of normal cervical tissues and 43 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma by immunohisto-chemical method. Results:In 43 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CK20 positive rate was 46. 5%(20/43), and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue,CK20 positive rate was 3. 3%(1/30). CK20 was related with tumor stage, lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion of the lesion(P﹤0. 05),no relntion with histological differentiation( P ﹥0. 05). Conclusion:Detection of CK20 in the diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinomas have certain value.
