目的:研究维吾尔族人第一恒磨牙根管弯曲情况。方法选择80个上下颌第一恒磨牙为研究对象,将1个K型锉插入根管内直至根尖孔处。利用数字成像系统(RVG)拍摄每个牙的颊舌向影像,采用Schneider法测量根管的弯曲角度,计算弯曲半径和弯曲部分长度。结果75%的弯曲根管≤34.9度,半径≤9.05毫米;所有弯曲根管15%在35.1度和42.7度之间,半径在9.09和11.61毫米之间;所有弯曲的根管的10%的弯曲度≥43.5度,半径≥11.76毫米。该所有根管中的最大角度为76.5度,其半径为1.99毫米。结论第一恒磨牙根管近远中向弯曲发生率较高,充分了解根管的弯曲部位、弯曲度和弯曲半径是完善第一磨牙根管治疗的需要。

목적:연구유오이족인제일항마아근관만곡정황。방법선택80개상하합제일항마아위연구대상,장1개K형촤삽입근관내직지근첨공처。이용수자성상계통(RVG)박섭매개아적협설향영상,채용Schneider법측량근관적만곡각도,계산만곡반경화만곡부분장도。결과75%적만곡근관≤34.9도,반경≤9.05호미;소유만곡근관15%재35.1도화42.7도지간,반경재9.09화11.61호미지간;소유만곡적근관적10%적만곡도≥43.5도,반경≥11.76호미。해소유근관중적최대각도위76.5도,기반경위1.99호미。결론제일항마아근관근원중향만곡발생솔교고,충분료해근관적만곡부위、만곡도화만곡반경시완선제일마아근관치료적수요。
Objective To investigate root canal curvatures of the first permanent molars among Uygurs. Methods The first permanent molars of 80 Uygur patients were selected. After preparation, a K-file silver points was inserted into the canals, and teeth were radio-graphed from a facial l view by using astandardized technique. All radiographs were analyzed by a computerized digital image processing system. Results 75%teeth showed an angle<34.9degrees with radii<9.05 mm. 15%teeth displayed angles between 35.1 degrees and 42.7 degrees with radii between 9.09 mm and11.61 mm, and all canals of 10%teeth that were investigated had curves>43.5 degrees with the greatest radius of 11.76 mm. The greatest angle of all the teeth was 76.5 degrees with a radius of 1.99 mm. Conclusion The occurrence of curved root canals may be high in human first molars. In order to impove quality of root canals therapy. The position, degree and radius of root canal curvature need to be understood completely.
