目的：报道1例空肠血管淋巴管瘤，结合文献探讨其临床病理学特征及诊断要点。方法：对1例空肠血管淋巴管瘤进行临床病理分析及免疫组化观察。结果：空肠血管淋巴管瘤无特殊临床表现及肠镜特点，镜下黏膜及黏膜下层查见大量大小不一的薄壁管腔，腔内壁衬覆单层扁平内皮，部分管腔扩张充血，部分管腔内充满淋巴液并含有淋巴细胞。免疫组化表型：淋巴管瘤CD31、CD34和D2-40均阳性，而血管瘤CD31、CD34阳性、D2-40阴性。结论：血管淋巴管瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤，发生于胃肠道尤其是空肠的血管淋巴管瘤极为少见，小肠镜检查及临床特征与恶性肿瘤难以鉴别，需要结合病理学检查确定诊断。
목적：보도1례공장혈관림파관류，결합문헌탐토기림상병이학특정급진단요점。방법：대1례공장혈관림파관류진행림상병리분석급면역조화관찰。결과：공장혈관림파관류무특수림상표현급장경특점，경하점막급점막하층사견대량대소불일적박벽관강，강내벽츤복단층편평내피，부분관강확장충혈，부분관강내충만림파액병함유림파세포。면역조화표형：림파관류CD31、CD34화D2-40균양성，이혈관류CD31、CD34양성、D2-40음성。결론：혈관림파관류시일충소견적량성종류，발생우위장도우기시공장적혈관림파관류겁위소견，소장경검사급림상특정여악성종류난이감별，수요결합병이학검사학정진단。
Objective:To report one case of hemolymphangioma of the jejunum and explore its clinical and his-topathologic features and diagnosis. Methods:The case was analyzed by history review,histology and immunohisto-chemistry. Results:Patients with hemolymphangioma of the jejunum had no special clinical and physical sign. Patho-logical analysis showed dilated lymphatic and blood vessels in mucosa and submucosa of the jejunum. The hemolym-phangioma component showed positive immunohistochemical reaction to CD31,CD34 and D2-40,while the hemangi-oma component showed negative immunohistochemical reaction to D2-40. Conclusion:Hemolymphangioma is a very rare benign tumor,especially involving the jejunum. Due to lacK of special clinical and endoscopic features,preopera-tive recognition of hemolymphangioma is not easy. The diagnosis rely mainly on histopathological and immunohisto-chemical findings.
