目的：研究床边纤维支气管镜技术在MICU人工气道管理中的疗效。方法对MICU开放气道的26例危重患者进行床旁纤维支气管镜检查和肺泡灌洗治疗，并对其血气分析，痰培养阳性率等指标进行观察。结果纤维支气管检查治疗有效率为80%，痰培养阳性率为76%，治疗后患者PaO2，SaO2，PH均明显改善，而PaCO2较治疗前明显下降，均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论床边纤维支气管镜技术在MICU人工气道开放的危重患者中，可明显改善通气和预后，且安全。
목적：연구상변섬유지기관경기술재MICU인공기도관리중적료효。방법대MICU개방기도적26례위중환자진행상방섬유지기관경검사화폐포관세치료，병대기혈기분석，담배양양성솔등지표진행관찰。결과섬유지기관검사치료유효솔위80%，담배양양성솔위76%，치료후환자PaO2，SaO2，PH균명현개선，이PaCO2교치료전명현하강，균유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론상변섬유지기관경기술재MICU인공기도개방적위중환자중，가명현개선통기화예후，차안전。
Objective To investigate the role of fiberoptic bronehoscopy examination on critical patients with artificial air passage management in MICU. Methods A retrospective review about 26 cases of patients who received total 79-times FB examinations was made.And blood and gas analysis and positive rate of sputum sample were compared before and after the treatment. Results The rate of the successful of FB treatment was 80%, positive rate of sputum sample was 76%. The index of PH, PaO 2,SaO2,PaCO2 in the blood and gas analysis were better markedly.(p<0.01). Conclusion FB treatment is safety and efficient for the critical patients in M ICU.
