The latest progress of foreign and domestic research and development on nanodielectrics was reviewed. The molecular and composition design of nanodielectrics, polymer matrixes, functional inorganic nanofillers, the organic-inorganic interface chemistry, preparation technology of nanodielectrics were introduced. The research and application development of polyimide and epoxy resin nanodielectrics were mainly presented, and the future development trend of nanodielectrics was prospected.
