Turning‐milling compound machining is an advanced cutting technology and process of turning‐milling synthesis movement machining complex surface . It is an important direction of today’ s CNC machining equipment .Machining process plan of typical parts is determined .Composite processing programming method of the five axis linkage double‐spindle turning/milling machine under UG environment is provided . The establishing method of double‐spindle milling compound machine tool coordinate system ,tool change direction , process arrangement and 3D dynamic simulation of machining process are described in detail .
