目的：探讨甲钴胺胶囊联合银杏叶片对晚期青光眼视功能保护作用，从而为临床青光眼患者的视神经保护提供客观依据。方法回顾性分析用甲钴胺胶囊联合银杏叶片（试验组）和未用药物治疗（对照组）的40例眼压已控制的晚期青光眼患者用药前和用药6月后视力、眼压、视野、图形视觉诱发电位以及杯盘比、盘沿面积、视网膜神经纤维层厚度变化。结果两组患者试验前后视野的平均缺损、图形视觉诱发电位的幅值变化有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论本研究表明甲钴胺胶囊联合银杏叶片对于眼压已控制的晚期青光眼患者视功能的损害具有保护作用。
목적：탐토갑고알효낭연합은행협편대만기청광안시공능보호작용，종이위림상청광안환자적시신경보호제공객관의거。방법회고성분석용갑고알효낭연합은행협편（시험조）화미용약물치료（대조조）적40례안압이공제적만기청광안환자용약전화용약6월후시력、안압、시야、도형시각유발전위이급배반비、반연면적、시망막신경섬유층후도변화。결과량조환자시험전후시야적평균결손、도형시각유발전위적폭치변화유현저차이（P＜0.05）。결론본연구표명갑고알효낭연합은행협편대우안압이공제적만기청광안환자시공능적손해구유보호작용。
Objective To observe the visual function protection effect of mecobalamine and ginkgo leaf on advanced glaucoma, and to build a objective basis for clinical glaucoma optic nerve protection therapy. Methods 40 advanced glaucoma patients which the intraocular pressure is controlled were Chosen. The patients who did not given any optic never protective drug were chosen as control group. Patients in the treatment group were given mecobalamine and ginkgo leaf. 6 months later,all patients'visual acuity, intraocular pressure, vision, visual evoked potential and C/D, rim area, retinal nerve fiber layer were compared. Results changes of mean defect of vision, amplitude value of visual evoked potential between two groups before and after the test have significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mecobalamine and ginkgo leaf could have effect on the treatment of advanced glancoma for protecting visual function.
