This paper expounded problems existed during application of the online chromatographic analyzers. Aiming at the plugging condition caused by some heavy oil,moisture and impurities sedimentation in pipelines,optimization was made to the sampling apparatus, which reduced equipment failure rate, and ensured the operation stability of online chromatographic analyzers.
