为研究变压器油老化对油纸绝缘频域介电谱的影响,以便准确地评估变压器油纸绝缘老化状态,对变压器油进行加速热老化,获得3组不同老化程度的变压器油试样。采用3组油样分别对新绝缘纸进行充分浸渍,得到3组油老化程度不同的油浸纸试样。对每组试样进行频域介电特性测量,获得油浸纸试样介电参数的频域介电谱,研究油老化对变压器油纸绝缘频域介电特性的影响。结果表明:油老化严重时,油纸绝缘的复电容实部(C′)增大,虚部(C″)和介质损耗因数(tanδ)在较低频率范围受变压器油老化的影响显著,且随着油老化的加重而增大,而在较高频率范围的影响较小。

To investigate the effect of age d oil on the frequency domain dielectric spectra of oil-paper in-sulation and accurately evaluate the transformer oil-paper insulation condition, we conducted accelerated thermal ageing experiment on transformer oil, and three different aged states transformer oil samples were obtained. Then the different aged states oils were used to impregnate new cellulose papers respec-tively and three oil-impregnated paper samples were prepared. The frequency domain dielectric characteris-tics of the samples were measured, and the frequency domain spectrum (FDS) was acquired. The results show that when the oil is aged seriously, the real capacitance C′ of oil-impregnated paper increases, and the imaginary capacitance C″ and tanδ are significantly affected by oil aged states in low frequency, and the impact is become larger with the increase of aged state of oil, while the impact in high frequency is small.
