为管好、用好专业实验室高新仪器设备,开发了北京林业大学水土保持专业实验室管理信息系统。该系统划分为管理类和统计类,共10个模块,分别使用管理类数据库表和统计类数据库表。该系统的应用使实验室资产、资源更加透明、清晰,管理更加细化、规范,为管理数据的准确提取、按需分析做好了准备,使管理水平上了一个台阶。

An specialty laboratory management information system( MIS) is developed to better manage and use the high‐tech equipment that belongs to the soil and water conservation specialty of Beijing Forestry University .This system has ten function modules ,which can be categorized into a management class and a statistical class using separate database structures .Implementation of the MIS has normalized the management method and improved the management efficiency . This system also can supply a platform for extracting information of archived assets and for precisely retrieving historic usage recode of some specific equipment . This information is important for making future assets management policies and purchasing new equipment .
