针对工程训练微课程的教学实际,设计了一种多功能模块化的冲床教具。从冲压加工的数学模型入手,推导了曲柄滑块机构的运动学机理,理论验证了冲压机构的抗疲劳性能并研究了机构驱动方案。积分分离式P ID算法的引入,解决了冲压图案不均匀的问题。实践结果表明,该教具结构合理、实用性强,有利于在线互动式教学。

This paper proposes a modular multifunction punch AID for the teaching practice of microlecture for engineering training .Starting from the mathematical model of punching process ,the kinetic characteristic of crank‐slider mechanism has been analyzed . The drive scheme is studied after the fatigue performance of mechanism has been validated theoretically .Through the use of PID algorithm of integration separation mode , it is solved that patterns pressed on the strip are uneven .The results of application show that this teaching aid has reasonable structure and great practicality for online interactive teaching .
