传统的电除尘器和布袋除尘器对细颗粒物的除尘效率比较低,难以满足国内外日益加严的工业烟气排放标准。为了紧跟当前除尘技术的发展前沿,开发设计了适用于实验教学的复合电袋除尘器,并新增设了相应的实验项目,使学生不但掌握新技术,更能启发创新思维。该复合电袋除尘设备包括8大系统:粉尘发生器、气流分布板、静电除尘区、布袋除尘区、高低压电源控制系统、通风系统、集尘系统、清灰系统。通过该设备及实验,使学生对大气污染控制产生了浓厚兴趣,对于大气实验课程建设和环境专业复合型拔尖创新人才的培养具有重要意义。
傳統的電除塵器和佈袋除塵器對細顆粒物的除塵效率比較低,難以滿足國內外日益加嚴的工業煙氣排放標準。為瞭緊跟噹前除塵技術的髮展前沿,開髮設計瞭適用于實驗教學的複閤電袋除塵器,併新增設瞭相應的實驗項目,使學生不但掌握新技術,更能啟髮創新思維。該複閤電袋除塵設備包括8大繫統:粉塵髮生器、氣流分佈闆、靜電除塵區、佈袋除塵區、高低壓電源控製繫統、通風繫統、集塵繫統、清灰繫統。通過該設備及實驗,使學生對大氣汙染控製產生瞭濃厚興趣,對于大氣實驗課程建設和環境專業複閤型拔尖創新人纔的培養具有重要意義。

The dust removal efficiency of traditional electrostatic precipitators and the bag dust collector is lower ,and these two methods are difficult to meet the increasingly tightened industrial flue gas emission standards .In order to keep up with the front of the current dust removal technology development ,and combined with the research fruits in research in the field of air pollution control ,the hybrid hybrid precipitator system of electrostatic and fabric filter being suitable for the experimental teaching is developed and designed , and the new experiment item is added accordingly .With this system and experiment item ,the undergraduate students can not only verify the theoretical knowledge what they learned on the classroom ,but also master the new technology ,then inspiring the innovative sense so as to develop the dust removal technology .The designed hybrid precipitator includes the following eight systems :dust generator ,air distribution plate ,electrostatic dust removal ,cloth bag dust removal ,high and low voltage power supply control system ,ventilation system ,dust collection system ,and ash removal system .Through the equipment and experiment ,the students increase their interests in air pollution control ,which is of great significance for the atmosphere experiment curriculum construction and professional environment of top innovative talents cultivation .
