随着高职教育的发展，以就业为导向的校企合作越来越普遍，订单班人才培养模式成为许多职业学校的共同选择。它不仅要依据企业需求进行人才培养，更要通过校企共同制定人才培养方案，对校内实训基地进行建设和改建，以企业文化为依托开展实训基地的文化建设。在政校企全面联动基础上，寻找双方合作的利益共享机制、强化基地管理和建立专兼结合的师资队伍是订单班校内实训基地的质量保障机制。

With the development of higher vocational education , the employment‐oriented school‐enterprise cooperation becomes more and more common ,The order class becomes the common choice of many occupation school personnel training modes .It is to train talents not only according to the enterprise demand ,but also through school‐enterprise joint personnel training program , and to carry out campus training bases construction and reconstruction ,with the enterprise culture development relying on training base construction . On the basis of the comprehensive school‐enterprise linkage ,it is necessary to look for cooperation between the two sides benefit sharing mechanism ,improve the combined base management and establish professional and part of campus training base class teacher troop ,which is the order of quality guarantee mechanism .
