教育智慧是教师的核心素质,是教师教育教学活动的基石,关系到教育教学活动的成败,关系到人才培养的质量。在精品课程资源的开发中,教师必然会对课程的教育教学的意义价值、内容方法等进行整体性的批判反思。而正是这种反思,为我们的教育智慧生成提供了一个难得的空间和机会,从而突破本能与他者的牢笼,达到自觉与个性的智慧彼岸。

Educational wisdom is teachers’ core quality,and the cornerstone of their teaching activities. It is related to the success or failure of teaching activities,and the quality of talent training. In the exploitation of quality resources,the teachers will reflect critically to the significance,contents and methods of the course. This reflection provides a rare opportunity and space for the generation of educational wisdom and further helps our wisdom to break the cage of the instinct and the other,which reaches the side of consciousness and personality.
