严寒地区高速铁路大跨度桥梁梁端扣件间距超限问题比较普遍,通过梁端无砟轨道结构的受力和变形分析,确定梁端扣件间距的最大限值,提出桥梁预延长、道床悬出梁端及减少轨道板端部扣件间距的设计措施,并通过哈大客运专线的典型工点,介绍梁端无砟轨道设计。结果表明,该设计措施简单实用,可解决大跨度桥梁梁端大扣件间距达1000 mm的问题。
嚴寒地區高速鐵路大跨度橋樑樑耑釦件間距超限問題比較普遍,通過樑耑無砟軌道結構的受力和變形分析,確定樑耑釦件間距的最大限值,提齣橋樑預延長、道床懸齣樑耑及減少軌道闆耑部釦件間距的設計措施,併通過哈大客運專線的典型工點,介紹樑耑無砟軌道設計。結果錶明,該設計措施簡單實用,可解決大跨度橋樑樑耑大釦件間距達1000 mm的問題。

The space between fastenings at beam end often exceeds limit on long span bridge of high-speed railway in severe cold region. Through stress and deformation analysis of beam-end ballastless track structure, the paper determines the maximum limit of space between fastenings at beam end, presents design measures including lengthening beam in advance, overhanging track slab out of beam end and reducing the space between fastenings at track slab end. With reference to a typical project on Harbin-Dalian dedicated passenger line, the paper addresses the design of ballastless track at beam end. The research results show that the design measures are simple and practical to maximize the space between fastenings up to 1000 mm at the beam end on long span bridges.
