以重庆地区柚皮为原料,采用超声波辅助法对重庆地区柚皮中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了研究,利用紫外分光光度法测定提取液中的黄酮类化合物的含量,其最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波提取时间为1 h,固液比为1∶20(g·mL-1),乙醇体积分数为65%,溶液pH值为7.0,黄酮类化合物的提取率达0.598%。

The technology of ultrasonic extraction was applied to extract flavonoids from Chongqing grapefruit peel. Ultraviolet spec-trophotometry method was used to determine the content of flavonoids in extracting solution of Chongqing grapefruit peel. The better technical condition is the extraction time was 1 hour,the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1∶20(g·mL-1),the concentration of alcohol was 65%,and the pH value was 7. 0. Under this condition,it can get the 0. 598 extraction percentage of flavonoids.
