Tianhe International Center, with the structural height of 297m,is one over B lever height of the code, with structural system of frame-tube, steel tube-reinforced concrete column and reinforced concrete beam and core tube. Combined with architectural features, the structural scheme is select-ed through analysis and comparison. Issues of steel tube-reinforced concrete column and beam joint structure, core tube coupling beams with large open-ings and the special nodes of the steel tube-reinforced concrete column and multi beams intersect are tackled. The adoption of high strength materials brings economic benefits.
