自行合成烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷,并对其进行了表征。将MO-PDMS应用到缩合型双组分硅酮胶B组分中,与Me-PDMS及HO-PDMS进行对比,考察贮存后缩合型B组分分层情况及双组分硅酮胶的固化时间,发现MO-PDMS可以制备得到保质期达12个月,稳定且不会出现分层情况的缩合型双组分硅酮胶B组分,研究还发现MO-PDMS对缩合型双组分硅酮胶的贮存稳定性,不随着缩合型双组分硅酮胶混合比例差的减小而变化。
自行閤成烷氧基封耑聚二甲基硅氧烷,併對其進行瞭錶徵。將MO-PDMS應用到縮閤型雙組分硅酮膠B組分中,與Me-PDMS及HO-PDMS進行對比,攷察貯存後縮閤型B組分分層情況及雙組分硅酮膠的固化時間,髮現MO-PDMS可以製備得到保質期達12箇月,穩定且不會齣現分層情況的縮閤型雙組分硅酮膠B組分,研究還髮現MO-PDMS對縮閤型雙組分硅酮膠的貯存穩定性,不隨著縮閤型雙組分硅酮膠混閤比例差的減小而變化。

Independently synthetize and characterize alkoxy-blocking polydimethylsiloxane(MO-PDMS). By applying MO-PDMS to the part B of two-part condensation type silicone sealant and,compared with Me-PDMS and HO-PDMS,observing the delamination phenomenon of the part B and the cure time of the two-part silicone sealant after storage,it is found when MO-PDMS is used,the shelf life of the condensation type part B of the two-part silicone sealant can reach 12 months while the part B exhibits storage sta-bility and no delamination. The research still shows that the storage stability would not be affected by the decrease of the difference in the mixing ratio of part A to part B.
