对基于悬芯光子晶体光纤的内反射型传感器的传感特性进行研究。结果表明:该传感器对不同的气体分子有很好的灵敏性,不需要额外镀敏感聚合物膜就可以用它来检测空气中的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs);其对 VOCs 的灵敏度达到10-2 pm/ppm,响应时间少于20 s;与传统的气体传感器相比,该传感器结构简单、易于实现、灵敏度高,可以重复测量。

An in-reflection suspended-core photonic crystal fiber (PCF)sensor was reported.The sensor is consists of a stub of suspended-core PCF spliced with standard optical fibers (SMF).It was found that the device was sensitive to different gas mole-cules.The sensor was used to detect volatile organic compounds (VOCs)in air.No VOCs permeable material was used to en-hance these shifts.Its sensitivity to VOCs is 10-2 pm/ppm and the response time is less than 20 s.Compared with the traditional gas sensors,it has the advantages of simple structure,easy realization,high sensitivity,can be repeated measurement.
