对评委打分习惯及群决策机制进行分析,发现直接对评分取均值排名会因专家打分尺度的不同带来较大误差,虽然 T分数法可以将打分尺度统一,但是缺乏对专家评价对象不同的考虑。为减小此系统误差,借鉴理想点法的思想,由论文的理想成绩及 T 分数求得评委后验权重。对 T 分数求加权平均值排名,与传统方法及 T 分数法比较,提高了主观名次与客观名次的重合度,减小了其乱序度。计算欧氏距离,证明新方法减小了评委打分的误差度及论文的争议度。

The judges scoring habits and group decision-making mechanism were analyzed and it was founded that ranking by aver-aged score directly would bring in large errors due to different scoring scales between experts.T-score method can unify the scale scoring,but it lacks considerations of different evaluation targets.In order to reduce this systematic error,judges’weights are determined according to the ideal point method.Compared with the traditional and T-score methods,the T-score weighted means can improve the coincidence of the subjective and objective ranking,and reduce the disorder degree.It proves by calculating the Euclidean distance that the new method can reduce the experts’scoring error and the controversy of papers.
