Comprehensively finishing the building of a moderately prosperous society is an important strategic mission set forth in the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. In the process of struggling for accomplishing this mission,our country has the unique advantages such as the firm leadership of the CPC and the successful exploration of Chinese road,but also faces constraints such as the low per capita GDP under the vast economic gross and the stresses of transition under the resource and environment limitations. Only if the people's subjec-tivity is maintained,the social productivity further liberated and developed,the reform deepened comprehensive-ly,and the value pursuit of socialism with Chinese characteristics embodied,can we gather the forces of the en-tire society,and walk out the critical step for the great revival of the Chinese nation on the new historical starting point.
