为采集反应结构服役状况的相关数据,发现结构的损伤并评估其安全性,本文研究了空间网格结构健康监测系统的设计和具体实现方法,阐述了空间网格结构健康监测系统的基本组成和监测内容,将健康监测系统开发的重点放在数据处理、模态分析和损伤识别等模块上,成功地开发了一套基于 MATLAB 的结构模态分析与损伤识别系统(Structural Modal Analysis and Damage Identification System-SMADIS 1.0)。软件主要功能包括:环境振动实测数据的预处理、时频域数据分析、模态参数识别、结果后处理及振型动画显示、模型缩聚和实测振型扩充、有限元模型修正、有限元数据提取、损伤定位及评估等。结果表明:整个软件系统采用模块化的程序设计理念,具有功能全面、界面友好、灵活实用和可继承性等特点,值得在结构健康监测领域进行推广。

To collect the data which can represent the structural service conditions,locate the damage in the structure and evaluate its safety,the design and realization method of SHM System on spatial lattice structure are proposed in this paper,and the basic structure and monitoring content of SHM System are also studied in this paper.The emphasis of SHM System is put on three modules which are data processing,modal analysis and damage detection.Then Structural Modal Analysis and Damage Identifica-tion System (SMADIS 1.0)is developed based on MATLAB program.The main functions are the measured data preprocessing, data analysis in time domain and frequency domain,modal parameters identification,results post processing,animate display of the mode shape,model reduction and mode shape expansion,model updating,damage location and evaluation.Results show that SMADIS 1.0 is valued to popularize in the structural health monitoring field because it has the characteristics such as modulariza-tion,abundant functions,friendly interface,flexibility and inheritability.
