2015年度 IEEE-PES 联合技术委员会电能质量分委员会召开了一系列工作会议，制定和修订多项电能质量核心标准。各项目组关注智能电网中的电能质量新问题和新需求。电能质量监测指标增加了快速电压变化和电弧监测，电能质量数据交换格式进行了相应的扩充，新能源对电能质量的影响、节能设备的评估和检测技术成为新的研究领域。与会专家研讨了《未来电网的电能质量》技术报告，探讨在计量表计中集成电能质量监测功能的可行性。

Power quality subcommittee of IEEE-PES has carried out a series of working meetings in 201 5 IEEE-PES Joint Technical Committee Meeting.The subcommittee has developed and revised several core standards on power quality.New power quality problems and demands in the smart grid draw great attention from every project group.Rapid change of voltage and arc detection have been involved into IEEE Std 1 1 59—2009.Power quality data interchange format has been extended correspondingly.The effects of new energy to power quality,the evaluation and testing technology of energy saving devices are becoming new research fields.The technical report ‘power quality in the future grid” and the feasibility of integrating power quality monitoring function into revenue meters have been discussed.
