延安时期,党在自身建设实践中探索形成了一套独具特色的批评和自我批评的实现机制:即把学习"党书"与自我反省相结合的学习反思机制;集中整顿与随机批评相结合的动态机制;民主监督与党外批评相结合的开门纳谏机制;党内民主生活与个别谈心相结合的交流谈话机制;党性修养与领导垂范相结合的自律机制;思想教育与制度规范相结合的保障机制.这些机制的有效运行,使批评和自我批评成为党内常态化的生活方式和最具活力的"生命要素".

During the Yan'an period,the Party learned from the practices of party building and formed a set of unique actualization mechanisms for criticism and self-criticism,including the learning reflection mechanism combining the learning of"party documents"with self-reflection,the dynamic mechanism combining periodical rectifying with random criticism,the remonstration receiving mechanism combining democratic supervision with extra-party criticism,the communication dialogue mechanism combining intra-party democratic life with indi-vidual heart-to -heart talk,the self -discipline mechanism combining party spirit cultivation with leaders' model,and the guarantee mechanism combining ideological education with institutional normalization. By doing so,criticism and self-criticism became the normal life style and the"life element"of the most vitality in the Party.
