针对目前有源配电网调压对象单一且分布式电源(DG)和传统调压手段协调性差的问题,提出了一种基于两阶段规划的有源配电网综合调压方法。首先,通过第2阶段确定分接头位置和电容器投入组数的状态,并由差分进化算法确定第1阶段各个时段内各 DG 的最佳有功和无功输出。然后,将第1阶段的 DG 最佳输出反馈给第2阶段,再根据动态规划(DP)算法确定次日最优的电压控制预案。MATLAB 仿真算例表明,与传统调压法相比,所提的两阶段规划法可更好地协调DG 的出力。

In order to solve the problem of active power optimization being usually single-object oriented and the coordination between distributed generators (DGs) and traditional voltage control method being poor,a comprehensive voltage control optimization using the two-stage planning algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the differential evolution algorithm is used to obtain the feasible state when the status of under-load tap changer (ULTC) and shunt capacitors is determined by the second stage. Then the DG optimal output from the first stage is fed back to the second stage,and the optimal values of the objective function are calculated by the dynamic programming algorithm while the voltage control plan for day-ahead is obtained.Finally,the proposed method is implemented in MATLAB,its effectiveness in the coordination of DG output verified by simulation cases.
