With the rapid development of auto industry in China, it is an opportunity but also challenge for automobile industry. Whether the automakers could get a place in the fierce market competition or not wil be decided directly by the level of enterprise management. Kanban management as a kind of advanced management methods and technology can provide strong guarantee for enterprise to implement JIT production.
