食品机械与设备课程内容繁杂，实践性强。根据该课程的长期教学与实践，在加强前导课程学习，激发学生学习兴趣、增强学生自主学习能力，增加多种考核方法等方面进行改革与探索，以提高该课程教学质量，增强教学效果。

Food machine and equipment was a complex content and strong practical course. According to the long-term teaching practice, the teaching model of food machine and equipment were explorated in four aspects, strengthening the leading course, stimulating student’s interest in learning, enhancing student self-learning ability, increasing variety of assessment methods, in order to improve the teaching quality and teaching effectiveness.
