目的:探究全程优质护理在肝硬化护理中的临床应用效果.方法:将我院治疗的70例肝硬化患者纳入本次研究,应用全程优质化护理,另选取同期收治的70例肝硬化患者作为对照组,予以常规护理,治疗结束后比较两组的护理满意度及治疗效果.结果:观察组患者的护理满意度和治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论:肝硬化护理全程应用优质护理,可使患者对护理的满意度提高,减少患者负面情绪,有利于患者尽快康复,值得临床推广.

Objective Explore the whole quality of nursing in the care of cirrhosis clinical effect.Methods Will be our hospital treatment of 70 patients with liver cirrhosis in this study, applied to the varieties of nursing, the other during the same period were selected as control group, 70 cases of liver cirrhosis patients to routine care, comparison of two groups after treatment nursing satisfaction and therapeutic effect.Results Observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing care and treatment of total effective rate were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05), the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Liver cirrhosis nursing to the application of high quality nursing, can increase the satisfaction of patients to nursing, reduce the patients' negative mood, help patients to recover as soon as possible, worth clinical promotion.
