目的:分析不同护理方法在腹腔热灌注化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的护理效果,为临床护理提供参考.方法:选取我院在2011年4月~2014年7月收治的晚期卵巢癌患者48例,所有患者均采取腹腔热灌注治疗,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组患者采取护理干预措施,对照组患者采取常规护理,比较两组患者护理效果.结果:干预组患者心理状态改善情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05,患者不良反应主要是恶心、呕吐、脂肪硬结等,干预组患者不良反应发生率(50.0%)明显低于对照组(75.0%),P<0.05.结论:护理干预能够明显提高晚期卵巢癌患者的生活质量,改善患者心理状态,具有广使用价值.

Objective Heat analysis of different nursing methods in the abdominal cavity perfusion chemotherapy in treatment of advanced ovarian cancer nursing effect, provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods Selection in April 2011 to July 2014, 48 patients with advanced ovarian cancer, al patients were treated with intraperitoneal hot perfusion, randomly divided into intervention group and control group, intervention group patients nursing intervention measures, control group patients take routine nursing care, compared two groups of patient care.Results Improve patients psychological state intervention group was obviously better than control group, P < 0.05, patients with adverse reactions mainly nausea, vomiting, fat scleroma, etc., the incidence of adverse reactions (50.0%) patients with intervention group was obviously lower than the control group (75.0%),P < 0.05).Conclusions The nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer, improve patients psychological status, has wide use value.
