公租房建设作为一项民生工程，在我国保障房建设体系中占有重要地位。公租房维修资金作为公租房的“房屋养老金”，其筹集、使用管理对公租房能否成功运营起着极为重要的作用。针对当前我国公租房维修资金缺位的现状进行分析，并结合国内外管理经验，对公租房维修资金的筹集、使用管理、续筹提出了相应的建议，以期推动我国公租房的健康、可持续发展。

As a livelihood project,the construction of public housing plays an important role in our social housing system.Public housing maintenance funds,as the“Housing pension”of Public housing,its raising,use and management plays an extremely important role for public housing’s successful operation.This article points out the absence of public housing maintenance fund,combines with domestic and international management experience,then puts forward some suggestions in raise, use,management,and continue to raise of public housing maintenance fund.We hope it will promote the development of our public housing healthly.
