目的：评价梅毒血清学检验中不同方法检定的结果分析。方法82例患者分为对照组和研究组各41例。对照组采用梅毒螺旋体抗体检测（TRUST），研究组采用梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验（TPPA）；比较2组梅毒螺旋体检测的敏感度、特异度、符合率。结果研究组特异度、敏感度、符合率依次为100％、100％、98％；对照组分别为90％、85％、85％。试验组在检验效果上优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。研究组治疗总有效率为90％，高于对照组（66％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 TRUST 检测梅毒的临床效果较佳，可以有效提高检查结果的准确性，具有特异度强，敏感度高的特点，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the results of different methods on serological test for syphilis .Methods Eighty‐two patients were randomly divided into two groups ,control group was detected with TRUST ,study group used TPPA ,compared two groups'syphilis test results ,the sensitivity and specificity were compared .Re‐sults The specificity ,sensitivity and coincidence rate of study group were 100% ,100% ,99% respectively ;These rate of control group were 92% ,85% ,91% respectively .the difference between two group was statistical‐ly significant (P<0.05) .The total effective rate of the study group was 90% ,it was higher than control group (66% ) ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Conclusion:Detection of syphilis has better clinical effect ,it can effectively improve the accuracy of test results ,avoid misdiagnosis ,TPPA test technol‐ogy also has strong specificity and high sensitivity ,it is worth of clinical application .
