由于受到原有预埋土建部分及厂房布置等因素的制约,农村小水电站增效扩容技术改造设计相比新建电站更为复杂。针对设计中电站装机容量的扩容幅度、水轮机选型及适应性分析和经济评价等关键技术问题,以河南省某水库水电站增效扩容改造为例,结合我国增效扩容改造项目相关技术规范进行了分析,为该类工程提供了一种新的设计思路。

The design of technological transformation of small hydro‐power stations is more complex than building a new one ,for the former is limited by factors such as existing plant layouts and embedded parts of civil engineering .Targeted at the key application problem of calculation of Hydro‐power resources checking ,turbine selection ,adaptive analysis ,and economic evaluation ,this paper provides a new way of engineering design ,based on the example of Henan Province a reservoir hydropower station and the analysis of relevant technical specification of efficiency‐improving and capacity‐expanding transformation project in China .
