水槽是河工模型试验中不可缺少的设备. 为提高试验水槽的自动控制水平,确保试验过程的准确性,通过研究尾门结构,分析尾门水位特性,采用拉格朗日插值运算和PID调节算法对栅板式尾门进行了设计研究,完成了试验水槽尾门控制系统的设计与开发,实现了尾门水位的自动控制,保证了尾门水位控制的快速性和稳定性(尾门水位控制重复误差小于1 mm). 该河工模型试验水槽尾门控制系统已在恒定流和非恒定流等多个河工模型试验中广泛应用.

The flume is an indispensable equipment in the river-model experiments. To improve the automatic controlling lev-el of hydraulic flume and ensure accuracy of the experiment process, we study the structure of tail water gate as well as the varia-tion characteristics of its water level, and design a new grid-plate tail gate by using the Lagrange Interpolation Algorithm and the PID Algorithm. A controlling system for tail gate is developed, which realizes the automatic control of water level at the tail gate and ensures the rapidity and high stabilization (the replicated error of water level control is less than 1mm). This tail water con-trolling system has been widely used in some steady flow and non-steady flow river-model experiments.
