本文分别以水、甲醇和乙醇为溶剂从新疆恰玛古中浸提皂苷,并对其清除DPPH、·OH、·O2-自由基的活性进行了研究。试验结果表明:在试验浓度范围内,恰玛古皂苷浓度与清除自由基能力呈量效关系,但均低于Vc清除自由基的能力,差异显著(≤0.01)。

본문분별이수、갑순화을순위용제종신강흡마고중침제조감,병대기청제DPPH、·OH、·O2-자유기적활성진행료연구。시험결과표명:재시험농도범위내,흡마고조감농도여청제자유기능력정량효관계,단균저우Vc청제자유기적능력,차이현저(≤0.01)。
Saponins from L. were extracted with water, methanol and ethanol, respectively,and their free radical scavenging activity was also studied in this paper. The experiment's results showed that saponins could be extracted form L. using different solvent. However, the extracting yield of ethanol and methanol were higher than water ( ≤0.01). In the present study, there were dose-effect relationships between free radical scavenging activity and the concentration of saponins of L., and its scavenging activity was weaker than that of Vc ( ≤0.01).
