借鉴波特竞争战略的思想，针对地方本科院校电气类专业的特点，对协同利用资源，差异化发展专业，专一化培养人才三个方面进行了分析与研究，对竞争环境下地方院校电气类专业的发展和人才培养确立了有效的战略模型。

Referring to Porter competitive strategy idea,according to the characteristics of electrical profession in local colleges,this article had studied the following three aspects:collaborative use of resources,differences of profession development,specialization of personnel training.It estab-lished the effective strategy model of electrical profession development and personnel training in local colleges which under the competitive environment.
