本文综述了角瓜籽的营养成分,包括蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、碳水化合物、矿物质等,阐述了角瓜籽在辅助治疗高血脂症、预防动脉粥样硬化、治疗泌尿系统疾病、降低胆固醇、滋肠润肺、养颜美容、促进骨折愈合等方面的保健功效,还简要分析了角瓜籽在制药、做保健品、做饮料、制油、做食品等方面的开发利用情况。
本文綜述瞭角瓜籽的營養成分,包括蛋白質、脂肪、維生素、碳水化閤物、礦物質等,闡述瞭角瓜籽在輔助治療高血脂癥、預防動脈粥樣硬化、治療泌尿繫統疾病、降低膽固醇、滋腸潤肺、養顏美容、促進骨摺愈閤等方麵的保健功效,還簡要分析瞭角瓜籽在製藥、做保健品、做飲料、製油、做食品等方麵的開髮利用情況。
본문종술료각과자적영양성분,포괄단백질、지방、유생소、탄수화합물、광물질등,천술료각과자재보조치료고혈지증、예방동맥죽양경화、치료비뇨계통질병、강저담고순、자장윤폐、양안미용、촉진골절유합등방면적보건공효,환간요분석료각과자재제약、주보건품、주음료、제유、주식품등방면적개발이용정황。
In this paper, we reviewed the nutritional components of protein, fat, vitamin, carbohydrate and mineral substance in Zucchini seed, described the healthy function in treating hyperlipidemia auxiliary, preventing atherosclerosis, treating urinary diseases, lowering cholesterol, nourishing intestine and moisturizing the lung, maintainning beauty and keeping young, and promoting fracture healing of Zucchini seed. In addition, we briefly analysed the development and utilization of Zucchini seed in tailoring medicines, making health care products, making drinks, making oil and making food.
