目的:研究并分析后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的应用于效果.方法:将2009年1月到2015年1月在我院入院治疗的80例肾囊肿患者纳入本研究,根据患者囊肿位置和大小确定腹腔镜途径,统计疗效.结果:在采用后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术之后,本组患者手术均成功,手术时间为40~135m i n,平均手术时间为(61±12)m i n,随访12个月,4例患者复发.结论:对于肾囊肿患者,后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,创伤小,值得在临床中推广和使用.

Objective: To study and analyze the application of laparoscopic renal cyst to the top of the renal cyst.Methods: 80 cases of renal cyst treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2015 were included in this study. According to the location and size of the cyst, the laparoscopic approach was determined.Results: in retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and decompression after, the operation was successful in this group of patients, operation time 40~135min. Average operative time for (61 + 12) min, the patients were followed up for 12 months, 4 cases of recurrence in patients with.Conclusion: in patients with renal cyst, retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst to the top of the effective treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, less trauma, is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
