采用高效液相色谱对食品中偶氮玉红进行检测。建立了以Inertsil ODS-3为液相色谱柱,以甲醇、10mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相的检测方法。结果表明:该方法所测得的偶氮玉红在0~100.0μg/mL内具有良好的线性,检出限为0.15mg/kg,加标回收率为89.2%~97.5%。该方法具有分析速度快、操作方便、重现性好、灵敏度高等特点。该方法适合食品中偶氮玉红的分析检测。

In the paper, the author tested azorubine in food with HPLC method. The method was developed with novel HPLC column Inertsil ODS-3. Mobile phase was methyl alcohol, 10mmol/L ammonium acetate. There was a good linear in 0~100.0μg/mL, its detection limit was 0.15mg/kg. And adding standard recovery was 89.2%~97.5% in azorubine using method. There were advantages in the method, such as fast, easy, reproducible and relatively sensitive. Therefore, the method was suitable for the detection of azorubine in food.
